One camera disconnected

Hi all. I've owned my netgear arlo 2 camera system for 2 weeks. One of the cameras has disconnected, and occasionally giving an orange double flash. I removed the batteries and put them back again, I got a single blue flash and nothing since. I can't get it to connect to the base system. The other camera is still working fine. Any reasons this might be occurring? Thanks

You have dead batteries.  The amber flash is indicating low battery but is probably completely dead now.
