On the Arlo app our videos playback super fast or sometimes will buffer and then not play at all. Anyone know a fix for this? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no change. Arlo isn't helpful if you can't view the videos

Does it do the same problem if the videos are down loaded first ??
Also try and use a browser to view at https://arlo.netgear.com
( will help see if it is the app or not )
As a side not, a good external player is VLC ( free and multi platforms )

Downloading the video first and watching from browser play at normal speed.

You didn't mention, but I will guess the app is iOS
Apple has been having some issues with the new OS and reading headers of vid for playback
