Offline and can’t reset

I have 6 arlo 4 cameras outside my house and all of them are showing offline. Yesterday my daughter got my phone and hit the arm home, arm away, and standby a bunch of times in a row. We haven’t had any coverage since. I tried resetting the home base but can’t really figure anything else out from there. Any advice? Thanks!

Did you just power-cycle the smarthub?  Or did you reset it with a paper clip?

 

If you reset the smarthub with a paper clip, then you will need to remove the cameras from your account and then add them back.
