I was logged out of my mobile app around midnight 12/31/20 where I have 5 cameras.  My account is the primary account, when I logged back into the app, everything was empty and I have no history of any December recordings.  To make matters odd, my wife is a guess and her's is displaying fine no issues and is current as of 1/4/21.  I've removed the app and tried to reinstall with the same behavior. When I log into the web I see the same empty devices and history?  How could my account be reset but my guess still has full access?
