Notifications but no recording

Hi

 

I purchased these cameras today and all seems to be working however the videos are not appearing in the library. I have it set to save a 30 video when there is motion. Even if i click record on the live feed i get no video in the library.  Can anyone help?

All sorted.  I tired on another tablet and it worked so i just reinstalled the app and all seems to be working.  Thanks guys.

can you advise as to what device and OS your using??  IOS/Android/web ? phone/tablet/comptr?

Be sure you do not have a filter selected when viewing the library. Take a look here for more information: How do I turn off filters in my Arlo library?

 

Also, as TomMac suggests above, do you see the same issue when viewing from a different device (web client/mobile app)?
