Not receiving push notification or recordings for Arlo camera

Yesterday’s “intermittent” problems still aren’t fixed. I walk past my cameras and nothing happens - no push notice, no recordings.

Other times I get a push notice but no recordings. Not okay.

Hey @Dood,

 

Some customers may experience delays in being able to access videos in their library that were recorded during the above-referenced time frame. However, all of your recordings will be restored in your library shortly. You can read more about it here: RESOLVED: Partial Outage affecting library recordings and live streaming - 9/18 3PM PT
