Not been used for two months, now can’t get to work, stuck with “getting information”

I’ve moved and haven’t installed the cameras since two days ago, but I can’t get it to work. I plugged it in, updated the firmware to 1.12.2.1_2798 but the cameras aren’t online and the base is stuck saying “getting information”. I’ve tried it all, reinstalling the base, resetting and reinstall, pull the plug and restart, nothing works. And since I reinstalled the base I can’t add the cameras, it doesn’t sync, what has happened, is it something wrong with the firmware??
I’ve also updated the iOS thinking it was that, but no.
The reinstalling of the base seems to work as it should but when it’s finished it’s stuck. On a computer it looks right, so I tried to sync cameras through web browser but the cameras doesn’t pop up after sync!??

Have you tried to reboot the base station after you sync up the cameras?

The problem is that the cameras doesn’t sync. I think the problem with “getting info” need to be solved first somehow.
