New to Arlo. Bought the HSN 6 camera package. I have 3 cameras hooked up right now. I get video but no sound...can anyone help???

More than likely you purchased the older original wire free cameras that don't have speakers in them. You need to provide us with the model number of the system to confirm this. Do you have a picture of the advertisement they were showing?
