No "Base station settings" in APP

My cameras suddenly stopped working/went inactive.

So i deleted them to re add them.

 

Basestation works, its on. 

I add all 4 cameras with ease, they all blink blue for 10 seconds pairing up with my basestation.

However, they never appear in the APP. They click on and off detecting motion but I cant see them in the APP.

I have reset the basestation. I have looked on these forums are everyone says to delete and re add the base station, however in my account settings there is NO BASE STATION tab. I cannot choose to delete it and i cannot choose to add it.

Just to be clear, any devices show up in Settings, My Devices.  I believe you're looking there but want to be sure.

 

As for the reset, some folks mean a power cycle, not an actual reset.  Did you use only the reset button until the LEDs flash amber, as the current procedure calls for?  If so, what LEDs are lit and what color?  Power and Internet should be green.

 

Finally, have you tried both the app and a browser?

If you do not see a base stationg under Settings > My Devices, you need to log in to your Arlo account and add the base station to the account by clicking the "Add Device" button on the devices screen. Once the base station is added, you can then sync the cameras.
