It may be faster to start fresh with a reset. Note any settings and modes/rules/schedule to make it easier to recreate everything. Push the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Delete all devices found in Settings, My Devices. Add the base back into the account using the Add Device button on the Devices tab. Sync the cameras pressing the base sync button only briefly and then the sync button on the camera. Rebuild your settings, modes/rules/schedule as before, making sure the push notifications are enabled. Any luck?

That's a not drastic. First, what are the LEDs on the base showing? Should be 3 green ones - power, Internet and cameras. If not, what are they? A reset may be needed so you can start fresh.
The more details you give us, the better. So far we don't have much to go on. And there's always the support option from the Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages.

Everything you recommended seemed to fix the problem. I hope it sticks, because I can't keep climbing up the ladder taking down cameras and putting them back up after syncing them!!

AGAIN...after what I thought, again, was an issue "solved," I again experienced no motion recording and no push notifications. I decided to try AGAIN with the solution and restarted the base station. Now I can't see my cameras at all because it says it appears to be offline. I have 3 green LEDs on the front of the base station. Now what am I supposed to do? A single gal living alone during a crimewave of burglaries and I have NO cameras.
