AGAIN...after what I thought, again, was an issue "solved," I again experienced no motion recording and no push notifications. I decided to try AGAIN with the solution and restarted the base station. Now I can't see my cameras at all because it says it appears to be offline. I have 3 green LEDs on the front of the base station. Now what am I supposed to do? A single gal living alone during a crimewave of burglaries and I have NO cameras

By the way, the "support" contact was no help. He must not have even read what the problem was because his suggestion was all about how to position the cameras. I've had them for 3 years and never had a problem until two weeks ago, so I know how to position them.

It's possible you have dead/weak batteries.  Open and close the battery doors to reset the cameras and watch the front LED.  It's should blink slow then fast blue.  If you see a slow amber LED blink, it's the batteries.

It says YOUR ARLO DEVICE APPEARS OFFLINE. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS POWERED ON AND CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. All batteries at more than 95 percent power. Batteries in new camera at full power. 3 steady green lights on front of base station.

They blink as they should.

2 things:

1) Stay on support until they have the picture clearly understood. I've had to do this myself.

2) I think you're looking at a total system reset. Use the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Add the base back in using Add Device on the Devices tab. Open and close all camera battery doors. Resync the cameras being sure to only press the sync button on the base briefly. I know it's a pain but support would have you do this anyways.

I have done all of this TWICE in the last week or so. It will not "stick" and I can't keep climbing on ladders to reach the cameras. As I stated, I NEVER had a problem in 3 years until now.

Then your only solution is to keep bugging support.
