Hi,

 

I bought my Arlo system last week during my visit to NY, because it's not available yet in Europe.

 

It all worked fine after install ! Motion detection, E-mail alerts and Cloud recording, no problem.

 

Than after disconnecting the power and LAN connection for final assembling of the receiver into the stereo rack, it sends no more alerts, not by e-mail and nothing in the cloud as well.

 

The App on my android works, I still can get live view and change prefs.

 

so what can be the reason for this ?

Thank you for posting about your Arlo system.

 

Can you please clarify one part of your post. You stated, “Than after disconnecting the power and LAN connection for final assembling of the receiver into the stereo rack, it sends no more alerts, not by e-mail and nothing in the cloud as well.” After you disconnected the power and Ethernet connection, did you reconnect your base station? On your base station, what color are the LEDs for the first three lights (Power, Internet, camera)?

 

Any additional information you can provide will greatly help us troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing further.
