No local recording after direct storage access and view recording are enabled

I have a base hub (VMB5000) for local storage. I cannot find any recording in the app. I have direct storage access and view recording enabled. It also tell me I have 80gb storage used in my as card, just can’t see any.

Resolved after hard rebooting the base station. Thanks for your help

Where are you looking for the recordings?  Are you seeing any errors when you try to access them?

 

If your app interface shows "Library", then you need to select the smarthub on the library page.  You do that by pressing on the "Library" header at the top of the page - you should then see the option to select the smarthub.

 

If your app interface shows "Feed" instead, then you need to go into the smarthub device settings.   You should see the recordings in the storage section.  Regrettably, there is no way to see them in the Feed.

Right place. Have you removed the drive and checked on a computer to see if anything is recorded? Have you checked your active mode to verify cameras should be recording?
