Within the last hour, I have lost the ability to watch live. In addition, no recorded videos are shown for today. I still keep getting "motion" notices, and it does appear to be recording. I tried rebooting my base station. Still not working properly,

I still can not log in from my cell phone says I need internet and I do have it.

Are you on a WiFi connection or the phones mobile data connection?

 

Have you tried both? Do both give you the same behavior?

 

You might consider uninstalling the mobile app and download and install a fresh version from the app store.

It doesn't work on my phones mobile connection.

 

It does work on my home wifi connection (connected on my phone). 

 

Both have been testedon my wife's phone (iphone), works for both.  It's only my phone on the mobile connection. 

 

I have not tried to do a full uninstall and reinstall yet, that is a great suggestion and trying that soon will update with status.
