Since changing my router for a later model the base station does not work. I have reset my router and both lights are green on the base station. In my account it states no internet connection.  I have unfortunately deleted my devices therefore need to start from scratch. I cannot seem to start the set up procedure from the netgear.com website. How do I start from the beginning help!!!!!!!!!

To start from the beginning, you must also use REMOVE DEVICE on the base unit.
