CUST SERV is of no help.

 

netgear router

 

ports are open 

DL speed 75.2 MBS

UL speed 5.2 MBS

 

3rd arlo system with this product

What is the LED on the base showing? Have you tried a reset by holding the button until the LED blinks amber?
