  • I have the older model 3030 cameras which were working fine until Arlo changed the app now they don't work and don't provide support, anyone else have this happen?

I have an old 3030 camera running in the basement.... still working fine as of today on PC ( web access ) to a 4000 base unit. ( will check phone apps later and if not working will edit this )

 

Are you on a plan or still under the legacy free plan? 

Also using what base?

A possible solution is to remove one camera from your account and add it back. This has brought other systems back online.
