No connection to cameras

Cant connect to the cameras, have power and wifi. Lamp for sync of camera are in all the time and I cant sync.

make sure your doing a QUICK press of the base sync button and then the camera's button

Tryed it. The cameras have been working for almost a year but now sudden they lost connection. One camera went out of power but have new batteries now.
