No colors, just infrared images

Hi,
I have a one year Old Arlo H7 camera,
Firmware: 1.2.11810
Hardware: 48B45B7A16A94H7
Serial number: 48B45B7A16A94

After I recharged the battery, made a new sync and hanged it out again, I didnt get a full color picture. It only gives me red, like a infrared image.

I have tried with new syncing, but with the same results.

But it not consistent, I got one day full color, but next morning infrared picture again.

What to do?

Sometimes opening the battery cover door for a min, the reclosing, wil reset the IR filter.  If not, time to contact tech support using one of the methods at the bottom of every forum page
