No Response from Tech Support

I have raised three support tickets and none had responses. Additionally, the tickets just get closed automatically. How is there no support or a response on three separate occasions?! This company doesn't seem to care about its existing customers, simply get you to buy their products and then radio silence with poor delay on their devices.

I’ve attached a picture of three support tickets which got closed with no response. I’ve had a quicker response on here than from support…
My current issues are in the new ticket as well:

have numerous tickets previously opened with no response

My doorbell will randomly turn off/stop working at 70% battery, then after a couple of days will start up again, say it’s low on bartery and be at 8% then the following day it’s back to 80% battery. This leaves massive gaps in security and means the doorbell does not ring to my phone. Additionally, the doorbell is saying that firmware has been updated but doesnt recognise any movement and send alerts.
