My original post of  No Alerts After Arlo Secure Upgrade (2025-11-16 08:55 AM) would NOT let me respond (no respond button) today.   I guess it was closed for some reason, maybe because I was slow to respond.  So, I started this new discussion to thank you both for the help.

 

Sorry for the slow response.  I've been swamped at home and finally got back to the working on this last week.  I wanted to make sure changes I made worked for days before providing comments in the case.  Notably, I was not getting emails on this case either for some reason, and noticed today there had been more activity.

 

Stephen, Yes, I was confused not ignoring what you wrote.  But, I did go back and fix the issue per the help you gave me.  And, I appreciate the comments including the one suggesting the older way to do this was more clear.  Obviously I totally agree! 

 

jguerdat, Yes I'm using iOS when accessing Arlo.
