Night vision not working

Hi All,

System in place for around 6 months now working perfectly. However, suddenly my night vision has stopped working. Infra red is on, but video screen to view image is black.

Firmware is apparently up to date on all 3 cameras.

Any help greatly received.

Try the camera in a dark room. Swap cameras around. Open and close the battery door to reset the camera. You may want to remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and resync.
