Night Vision Is Not Working

night vision suddenly stopped working on my outdoor camera. I have taken the batteries out. I have re synced it multiPle times. I am frustrated with the cost of Arlo and I go online and there is no support or phone number I can call or email to trouble shoot. It appears this is a common problem with this product.
