Not vision not picking up anything. Inferred lights on. I stood right up to the camera it detected movement but no visual of me.  So sick of having to mess with this product!!!   I want a clear answer as to why so many of us are having the issues with these cameras!!  My camera is located above my front door which it is maybe a total of 8ft. from porch floor.  Give us a break and recall these cameras. At Least we could be reimbursed for our Money, time and Loss!!

What do you mean when you say there was no visual of you? What did the recording look like? Can you post an example of what you're seeing?

I had something like that happen. IR emitters would glow but video was dark. Hold your hand 1 foot from the camera and see a slight red image. So camera still in daylight mode.

 

In the end Netgear gave me an RMA and swapped it out. New (maybe reconditioned) one works perfectly.
