•Night vision is not working & Distorted Day Image in Live View

I searched the community first to see if I could fix this on my own but could not get my issue resolved.

Issue:

  • Night vision is not working
  • In daytime mode seeing a grainy image with many little dots present
  • Camera in live view is giving off a distorted Image
  • Haze is clearly present in live view (Day mode)
  • Grainy Image with many little dots present (Day mode)
  •  

I have six cameras connected to my Arlo device and one of them started alerting me that motion was detected and when I checked on it the image in the library it was completely black without the night vision activated. I checked the live view and it was also black. I took out the batteries and let it sit overnight to see if this would reset the issue but it did not work.

Other actions taken to try and fix this issue:

  • Changed the batteries
  • Re-synced the camera
  • Moved this camera to different locations in the house
  • In the App turned on/off the device
  • Checked the settings in the app
  • Restarted the router/network

This camera has been working fine until now.
