Night Vision is not recording motion detection

I have an Arlo wireless base station and 2 arlo wireless cameras.  The motion detection used to record at night using night vision.  However, I have noticed recently that no longer works and the only time where motion detection works is during the day.

Easy thing to try is reboot the base with the power button.

 

Also confirm in settings that the Night Vision is toggled on.
