Night Vision Is Not Working On My Arlo Camera

Hello, fellow Arlo users. My Arlo Pro 2 cameras with LED work perfectly at night. But my ARLO night vision doesn't work. And if it does the subject has to be at least 10 inches from the camera.

Are you sure they're Arlo Pro 2 cameras? The HW version, firmware, and serial number don't seem to indicate a Pro 2 camera AFAIK
