New router + new wifi password = base station offline

I installed a new router and reconfigured my wifi connection using Airport including a new password. How do I get my base station back online? Thank you. (This is the basic Arlo system plus base station.)

Your WiFi has no bearing.  I'm not familiar with the Airport so can't offer specifics.  How is your base connected to the network - connected to the router or to the Airport?  If the latter, are WiFi clients connecting to the Airport working ok?  Is it possible the Ethernet port is disabled or the cable isn't installed quite properly?  What happens if you temporarily move the base to the router?
