Just purchased a new router today and I cannot get the base station to connect even though the power and ethernet lights are green.  Tried adjusting the DHCP settings, turning everything off/on, The MAC address is recognized under the DHCP settings however the app says the station is not connected. This is also following a forced software update on the Arlo app.  Arlo does not make it easy to sort any of this out. Anyone else having issues after the newest update? I'm not paying to talk to customer service and the fact that Arlo charges for that is enough to make me seek another monitoring system.

The fact that you have both the power and Internet LEDs green is a good start but perhaps you should try a reset of the base.  Use the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and try again.

Also, I would thinnk that you now have an account to log into so don't use the New System Setup but, rather, the Add Device button once you log in.

Have you tried connecting using the web based app, making sure the computer it's on is on the same network as the base?

I'm on the Web based app, and I don't see where I would find that. Even though the connection lights are green, the screens still say the arlo device is offline.
