If you search here, you'll find plenty of similar posts. The end result is that everyone has to be using the same interface. It sounds like the original owner has the old interface that uses Library to view recordings but you have the new one that uses Feed. The current apps support both interfaces so it's not an app issue. Everyone will need to migrate to the new interface (Feed) in order for sharing to work. They can add a Pro 5 to their system even though no one has one of those since the first step is to migrate to the new interface. They can then just back out of the bogus install which would fail anyway.
They should know that this is not to be taken too lightly unless they have relatively simple needs. They will need to go through each of the 3 modes (any custom modes are lost and can't create new ones) to ensure they're set to do what's needed. ALso check schedules and geofencing, if used. This link should get them (and you) a start but ask questions here as you run into issues.

Finally, everyone who is not the owner needs to click on Home and choose the bottom selection to see the shared cameras. Each user gets their own Home location so you/they need to select the owner's location. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious.
