I've had 4 cameras since 2017, no subscription, and there is no longer any support for them. However, they forced the new app update on me today. There is no simple "disarm" mode any more. I guess "standby" is the only option now. I hope it doesn't use more battery life.
I got them to call me through the support page on the website. The first person I could barely understand due to her accent. She left me on hold for 30 minutes then another person I could barely understand answered, asked me all of the same questions, then said she couldn't help me and I needed tech support (duh). The tech support guy answered, I explained my question, again, then he hung up on me. I don't know if it was accidental or not, but I don't have time to f around with all this nonsense. I've already spent 2 hours searching here and the web and sitting on hold.
I filled out their review on the website and got an error message that it couldn't go through or whatever, so they didn't even get my rant about their lame customer service.
This new app has way more stuff than I need or would ever use. These old cameras have been good, but I'll probably be shopping around for a new system.

It's the same as old disarm, so battery use is the same.

I suggest asking your questions here. Many of us have been on the "Feed" interface for a couple of years now.

Since the new update none of our cameras work. I have live view but they don’t pick up anything when armed. I chatted with a rep and they told me our cameras were EOL (end of life) and there was no support for them. Said they should still work and ended the chat. Any suggestions?

Did you look at the rules in the "Armed Away" and "Armed Home" modes? You might try deleting them and recreating them.
