New Router & PW On Arlo Q. Not Connecting. Please Help

I have a new router and pw. Followed instructions in manual to reconnect. I pressed the sync button on the camera, it does a noise and then it does another one and the light goes orange. Doesnt connect. Please help.

Use Settings, My Devices, your Q, WiFi Network and follow the directions.
