Hello,
I moved into a new home with Arlo cameras and looking to use the system, the service and support has been awful.
The chat bot is of no help, and agent dropped me as I walked away for 2 mins from chat. I think the only item I need to access my camera system is a missing power cable to the hub that was left in house. I say think as no one is available to ask. Outside of paying someone to complete install 🤷🏼♂️. No help. #Help

Yes, the hub needs to be powered so you can add it to your account. If it's not available, you may be able to use an old router power supply that provides 12VDC and has the same polarity as marked on the hub. Otherwise, a universal power supply can be purchased that would allow you to configure the connector size, voltage and polarity properly.
