New Arlo, not syncing

Just got a new arlo 3 camera wireless and followed the set up directions. Neither my phone or computer will sync, what am I doing wrong? P.S. I am on the computer typing this that is also connected to the same wifi as the arlo

What are the LEDs on the front of the base showing? What color ?
( left to right POWER-INTERNET-CAMERA )

When I first followed the directions the first 3 lights went green. But my phone would not discover, so I came up to my pc which is on the same wifi and same thing, So I went back down and went through the directions again and nothing discovered. So I went through the reset process, about 10 times now and even as far as to use another ethernet cable I have here. Tried moving to 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 spots on the wifi box. Nothing. 😞 Took batteries out of cameras to try it all again. Now the first 2 lights are green but still not discoverable

Ok... first try to power cycle the base by the on-off button... and then sync a camera if you can discover it.
If NG ( not sure what reset you did ) the do a full reset of the base and start as if new ; Hold reset in with paperclip for about ten secs til the fro leds all flash amber...
Start over as if all new.
You need the power -internet to be green ( left two ) before you can move on usually
( the PC is also usu easier as it eliminates another part )
As a ps.. are you using bitdefender as an antivirus.

After an hour on the phone with customer service I am happy to report that I am up and running. They had to reset everything on the cameras. Thanks for the help!
