New Arlo install - no motion or record?

Just installed system sync the 4 cameras and nothing . Can't even get system up and running to adjust camera sensitivity or view anything . There is only device library settings at bottom of screen no mode setting ?????

Try logging in with the web interface to see if there may be a problem withe app you are using.

Thank you for advice , tried that numerous times along with re-sync cameras ,there is no mode banner for the basic plan ? I can not create any functions for cameras . Manage camera status tells me to move cameras hear ,inactive cameras move above to activate , Can not complete this task ?

The quickest thing to do is to reset the system and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. That should set things right.

Hello thank you for response , there is and was no devices to remove from settings , I still preceded to reset base , all lights went amber , then add devices tab to add base and sync cameras , now I have amber light on base cameras icon . It appeares that I am missing a mode or not the right web connection . Cameras click night lights blink but I'm sending info somewhere bit not to my smart phone or computer base . Amber light on my base now is indicating too far from base ( cameras are right next base ) signal strength is week . More I don't knows .

I'm a bit confused by your description. What LEDs are lit and what color? If the Camera LED is solid amber that indicates the base needs to be claimed.  Retry the reset process, including the removal of everythinf from Settings, My Devices.
