Keep getting "Not Connected to Internet" message, although alerts do come thru to my Mac & cellphone?  Base station LED's (3) are yellow, not green after powering down/up.

All 3 LEDs are amber? Try resetting the base. If the power LED is amber it's not gonna work. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
