Netgear base vmb3000 not being found by the arlo web application

This is a long story, but needing some real help here.

 

My Cameras quit recording about 6 weeks ago.  I could access them via the Live play, but the base would always show offline. and the cameras would sometimes also.  But then would go online, but not record, except in Live mode.

 

So, I decided to try and re-sync cameras.  They appeared to re-sync and would still record on Live , but not record and show up offline whren I tried to edit schedule.

 

So, decided to try a full reset and re-sync.  Reset base and synced one camera, came up synced second camera and it came up, synced 3rd camera and it would not show in the list.

 

Logged out of application and back in, now first two cameras show off-line again, but still record in Live.  Third camera still would not add.

 

Removed all devices and am trying to add back Base Station and get error Taking too long to discover your device?  I have tried this repeatedly about 10 times now, totally frustrated,  Base unit is showing power and internet connectivity, at a total loss.

 

Any support would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
