Netgear Base Station reset

I cannot get the Base Station to reset. I am pushing the Reset button and Sync button at the same time. How long should it take to go amber? Because fo this I cannot get the base recognized again. I wish I had never deleted it but I could not get cameras back into the system after changing batteries.

THE NEW PROCEDURE TO RESET ARLO BASE IS HOLD IN THE RESET BUTTON FOR ABOUT 5-10 seconds TILL LEDS FLASH

the older dual button ( reset/sync ) push no longer works

Hi.

Maby you can help me as well???
I can`t fint my base unit, it will not go online.
The power light is flashing.
Yes I checked all connections, port, etc on the router and the wiring, everything is ok.
I also tried to reset the base unit, but it will not reset.

Any suggestions?

If the power LED is flashing, you have problems. It should only ever be solid green once booted. Create a trouble ticket for help or return the system to the store for exchange if you're still in the store's exchange policy.
