Netgear Arlo detection not working

Suddenly both Netgear Arlo cameras stop detecting motion. Not even the detection icon is on (light gray) other icons are in black, Only records manual , las activity was today Oct 6 2022 at 12:30pm, and from then on nothing! Any suggestions?

If you have motion and audio indicators on the cameras page that are grey when they should be black then it is likely the mode selected on the base station is set to disabled.

 

Firstly try power cycling the base station before checking again.

 

You could try selecting the all armed button on the mode page, you may have to toggle the all disarmed button and then armed again.

 

After that try pulling the camera battery for 10sec to reset the camera.

First of all my model is Netgear Arlo VMC3030 , no audio, Thanks for the reply, I've try all what you said and the issue still persist, and the thing is that it is on the three cameras (it all happened at the same time)  ,is there some setting that change by it self on all three or better ask; do these models still get firmware updates?

The only changes on or about the date you specified was the update of the mobile app to v3.7.1.

 

Can you confirm your mobile app version has changed to the above?

 

If so you can delete and reload the app again.
