Netgear Arlo base 2016 New trusted device

I purchased a new iPhone 14 pro and I am unable to login in or add a new trusted device.  Got a code but there is a problem per message. No link to next step or alternate procedure.  Arlo cameras with base unit from 2016.

You might have better luck using the web browser to accept the new phone.
