Records when it wants to record and i have all my cameras at 80%. used to worked much better, going into 2 years, one does not even SINC.  Walk all around my house, i do jumping jacks and nothing, a car goes by and records.  Getting lots of Arlo is not available on my phone when i try to go live and when it goes live i can see myself perfect.  I might have to go to another company.  You can not get any direct support (not cool). very upset with the system after only 2 years.

80% is default... most of my 12 run about 88-94% for good response.

 

I've seen prev posts re the fw updates seem to lower the sense of cameras ( unknown, haven't seen here ) but since yours are set at default, you have plenty of gain left for better resopnse

 

Long story short..raise your sense levels

Might also be worth a system reset using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Start fresh using the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.
