NO internet connection on VMB3000

When try to login on "my.arlo.com" on my desktop, quick error message appears on top of screen "NO INTERNET CONNECTION". My VMB3000 connects only with smartphone wifi. I have tried rebooting router and base to no avail.

The VMB3000 connects to the Arlo cloud with ethernet.  I think the error you are getting is more likely to be from the browser.  Does refreshing the page help???
