CAMERA SYSTEM WORKS FINE USING AN I-PHONE BUT NOT ON THE DESKTOP OR LAPTOP COMPUTERS ANY MORE, UP UNTIL ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO - WHEN TRYING TO VIEW A RECORDED EVENT THE EVENT INDICATES IT IS LOADING BUT NEVER COMPLETES LOADING

When you are viewing the recordings, is this using WIFI or cellular data?
