My camera does not record all motion

My camera does not record all motion. I have changed sensitivity settings but it will sometimes record slight motion and not record very active motion

First is that the sense level fo most will be aprox 80-95% depending on conditions... *( default is 80 and if changed you should change only 1% at a time and restest )

 

Also location and placement are important...best if the movement travels accross the field of view then straight on in

Thanks for the response, but I should have mnetioned that up until 2 weeks ago - the camera was recording all appropriate motion. Now as I said, it records some and not all (when I know that the motion was obvious enough to be recorded).

I do know that in the last one-two days some areas had server issues...

 

As to if it effected you problem, unknown.

 

But if in doubt the easiest thing that usu solves many glitches is to reboot the base via the power button.
