My base station will no longer connect

My base station will no longer connect. I cannot get live support to try and fix it (no online steps work), without having cameras associated with my account. I can't have cameras without a base station. I can't have a working base station without support. I cant get support without a support account. I can;t get a support account without cameras associated to my account.


This is the worst customer service I have ever experiences. I don't see a route to a fix here. If I can't get Arlo to offer some kind of help I'll invest time in Tik Toking video of me beating my Arlo devices. But wow... how does customer service fall so far?

WHat are the LEDs showing? Have you removed all devices from Settings, My Devices as well as held the reset button for >10 seconds, until the LEDs flash amber? What have you tried and what do you see?
