My base station is connected to the internet but I can't connect to it

My base station is connected to the internet but i cant get connected to it by iphone nor computer. It wont appear when searching for it. It might have been struck by lightning. 

It is also not possible to sync to my cameras.

 

What to do?

Is this a new system or one that's been working? What are the LEDs on the base showing? What have you tried? What do you see?

It has been working for a couple of years. There is green light in power and internet connection.

 

I have tried recabling and restart of the base station. I have tried to connect from phone and computer.

Likely the fastest thing to do is to remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Note settings, modes, rules and schedule before doing so to speed the rebuilding. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted. Rebuild your settings, modes, etc.

Using the add device gives nothing. The phone makes a search and times out with no positive result.

Library and mode is empty

Maybe, but my computer cant find it either.

 

I have a password on my internet connetion, can that give problems?
