My Cameras Won’t Power On

System has been working fine for 9 months, now last week the app showed the cameras weren’t online. We have changed batteries and verified that the batteries are good.
Once we close the battery cover the blue light comes on, but then goes off after 2 seconds. The sync button on the camera doesn’t do anything and no other lights come on during the sync process.

Have you checked the web portal to see what information is displayed there? Is this happening with all your cameras or just one?
