My Camera Will Not Sync To App

When I turn the app on I do not see anything except devices and library. Besides that the screen is blank. The cameras are connected to the base. I'm not sure how what to try next. I followed all the steps in the user guide.

Are all of the lights on the base green?

If this is a new installation have you claimed the base using the app and then syncd each camera to the base?

If you are using an app then try and use the web interface and see if everything works there.
