won't connect to the internet

Details. WHat have you tried? What do you see? What are the LEDs on the base showing?

I have tried a number of things new ethernet cord, what I see is the base station light is on green, the internet light is off, the light for the camera are on Amber

The more information you can provide will help the community try to resolve the issue. Please be as detailed as possible. I see you have tried a different ethernet cable, but have you tried to reboot your modem, router? what other steps have you completed?

I have tried the reset button on the back of the base station also I've turning the power off and back on, I've also tried unplugging the power from the back of the base station waiting 1 to 2 minutes, plugging it back, I'm also reset the router on my computer number of time always the same no internet connection to the bank station

Try another device (laptop?) using the same Ethernet cable and router port(s). If that works but the Internet light remains out, swap at the store for a new system or open a case with support here.

I do not have a laptop but I've tried all other means, could it be that something is wrong internally with my base station are there's a defect, if so then how do I invoke my warranty on my Arlo!
