My Arlo wireless camera detecting motion that is not there - continuous recording

My camera is continually picking up motion where there is none. I'm getting non-stop notifications and there is nothing there.  My batteries were at 92% yesterday, and 18% this morning - that's how much it's recording. There is nothing there.  I've tried changing positions, percentage, everything I can think of. Why is it doing this? This is the replacement camera I just got for the last one that had a red tint.  I just installed it yesterday, and now i have to turn it off and not even use it.

Power cycle the base and reinstall the batteries to reset the camera. If that doesn't help, check the firmware version in Settings, My Devices, your camera, Device Info. Old firmware can cause lots of silliness. Use the Release Notes section here to verify. You can also try removing it from Settings, My Devices and resync it.
